A Beautiful antique sterling silver retractable propelling mechanical cigar punch piercer. Small dents. One on shaft and one on cap near date (July 24, 1902) and Sterling Silver verification . When you push in the solid cap end of the cigar piercer, the front end of the cigar piercer pushes out. Now the unique part of this silver cigar piercer is the antique mechanical spring loaded twisting mechanism allows the option of the cigar piercer to come out when collapsing or allows the cigar piercer to remain hidden when collapsing.
