Antique VINTAGE W.S. HICKS RETRACTABLE PENCIL 10 Ct. Filled G.W. Monogram

Description

A friend gave this to me.  I don't know any thing about it.   It looks like a capsule, but when you pull the top with the loop, the bottom piece extends out.  Monogram with G.W.   Says, "10 Ct. filled".  2" closed, 3 3/4" opened.  Neat piece I haven't seen before.
