cil is pre-owned and in excellent, very clean condition.  The pencil is very clean with just light micro-scratches from light use.  Good color.  No personalization.  BELL SYSTEM PROPERTY reverse embossed on one side of body and other side engraved Mark-Sense Lead.  Clean chrome tip and top with eraser.  Lead in pencil and works well.  No box
