Late 1920s Eversharp Gold-Filled Pencil, Plain, No Pattern.

Description

Circa late 1920s Wahl-Eversharp mechanical pencil, plain gold-filled barrel. The pencil is a post-1924, "Improved," model Eversharp, with six important improvements to the prior model. This pencil is 5 1/4" long.
Condition notes:
1. No dings or dents.
2. Brassing to the cap rim only
3. Bell cap is round but has a small flat spot on the rim. Clip is straight and tight. Crisp Eversharp imprint.
4. The steel pencil tip has no corrosion.
5. Pencil works perfectly.
6. No inscriptions, no names, no monograms.
For your collection or as an excellent everyday user. The pencil takes 1.1 mm (or .046") lead, widely available on eBay or easily ordered from the present-day Autopoint company.
I am not a dealer, but just a fellow collector
downsizing my lifestyle, including my pen and pencil collections, by selling off duplicate items or ones I will never really get around to using.

5. The returned item must be in the same condition in which I sent it to you. New items, sent in original packaging, must be returned as new and unused by you.
