Ringneck rooster pheasant full skin feathers great for dog training, zip tie around a training dummy,  fly tying, fly fishing, saddle feathers, philoplume feathers, hackle, rump feathers, crafts, jewelry. Wings/tail feathers included.  Long Saddle/Rump Feathers. Wild birds harvested in Iowa, and because of this  Not all feathers may be included and may have small holes in skin. Missing part of its tail feathers, including Middle 2 tail feathers which were removed.

Professionally skinned.  Best pheasant skins. Humerus wing bone removed. Dried with borax. Not washed.

Tail feathers Taped to best keep them straight. The pheasant on cardboard will be put in and sealed inside of a poly type shipping envelope. This is a very nice skin, late season bird from this past season, fully feathered and heavy winter feathers. The one depicted in the pictures on the wood floor is the one you will get. This bird has an extremely pretty and unique coloration to his saddle feather area…more red/orange coloration than typical blue/green. Fresh skin. The wings, and tail are dried in the position that you see in the pictures. Head skin cut off at the beak line. No beak with this skin.
