VINTAGE BUCKINGHAM 14" Pole / Tree Climbing Spikes Model B Binghampton N. Y.
3" spikes. Same pair but different straps. One has Weaver fiber leg and boot straps that I believe was the replacement and the other has a leather upper strap, but no boot/ankle/lower strap. (see pics) These were used for pole climbing and trees with thin to medium thickness bark.
