Vntg Ritepoint Pencil Phillips 66 Haifleigh Lineville Iowa Advertising OilTopper
Twist feed advertising mechanical pencil made by the Ritepoint Co. in ST Louis, MO USA.
Advertising Pencil is marked with a Phillips 66 Shield logo and "Haifleigh Oil Co. Lineville, Iowa" in the center of the pencil.
The top of the pencil has an oil topper - what looks like a compartment filled with a liquid (assuming oil) with a small round metal ball that moves freely through the liquid.
Pencil measures approx. 5 5/8 inches long. The pencil body has typical scratches associated with age and use. Pocket clip is marked "Ritepoint". There is patent information imprinted at the top of the pencil, right below the oil topper.
