    Description

    Up for sale is a wild Merriam turkey tail.  With all the feathers this has missing, it would make a great fan for using with a decoy.  Missing feathers show weakness and bring in the shy toms.  All excess meat has been removed and the base of the tail has been cured with borax and dried in the position shown. The tail measures 27 inches wide and 17 inches tall and has 7 full primary feathers.  The primary feathers measure 3 1/4- 3 3/4 inches wide.
